Dr. Joseph Petrick

Joseph A. Petrick, Ph.D., M.B.A., SPHR, Founding Partner, is Professor of Management and International Business at Wright State University with a Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University, an M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati and is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR). He has co-authored four books including Total Quality in Managing Human Resources, Total Quality and Organization Development, Management Ethics, and Managing Project Quality. He has over 35 years of consulting, teaching and training experience, domestically and globally, has served as a national, state and local Baldrige Examiner, and has direct managerial experience in the private, public and nonprofit sectors.

William M. Lindsay, Ph.D., M.B.A., Senior Partner, is Professor Emeritus of Management at Northern Kentucky University with a Ph.D. and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He has co-authored three books including the text market leader, The Management and Control of Quality, 8th edition, which received the Crosby Award from ASQ, An Introduction to Six Sigma and Process Improvement, and Total Quality and Organization Development. He has over 35 years of technical, teaching, and consulting experience, domestically and globally, has served as a national and state Baldrige Examiner, and has direct industrial engineering experience at E. I. Dupont, Southern Airways (now part of Delta Airlines), and the Department of Defense.

Timothy J. Kloppenborg, Ph.D., M.B.A., P.M.P. Senior Partner, Professor of Management at Xavier University with a doctorate from the University of Cincinnati, an M.B.A. from Western Illinois University and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP). He has co-authored five books including Contemporary Project Management, 2nd edition, Project Leadership, Managing Project Quality, Principles of Contract Pricing Seminar Manual, 5th edition, and Strategic Leadership of Portfolio and Project Management. He has over 30 years of consulting, teaching and training experience, domestically and globally, and has direct managerial experience in the private, public and nonprofit sectors. He completed a 21 year enlisted and commissioned military career retiring as a Major, USAF Reserve.
